طلاب الجولان الدارسين في دمشق يناشدون الصليب الأحمرمساعدتهم على العودة إلى الجولان

وجه طلاب الجولان في دمشق، والذي كان من المفروض عودتهم إلى الجولان مطلع الشهر، رسالة ناشدو فيها الصليب الأحمر الدولي العمل على عودتهم بأسرع وقت ممكن إلى الجولان. وجاء في الرسالة التي وصل موقع <جولاني> نسخة منها:

تحية وبعد :
بداية نقدر عاليا دور مكتب اللجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر لما يقوم به من خدمات إنسانيه للمواطنين السوريين من أبناء الجولان المحتل, فهو كما تعلمون يقوم بالتنسيق والإشراف على العديد من الخدمات الإنسانية والحيوية التي يحتاجها السكان في الجولان المحتل, ومنها موضوع عبور العديد من الطلاب الراغبين باستكمال دراستهم في جامعة دمشق, ومن ثم الإشراف على عودتهم إلى الأرض المحتلة بعد إنهاء فترة دراستهم المقررة عبر معبر القنيطرة التي تشرف علية قوة ال UNDOF الدولية, وذلك خلال فترات ومواعيد تحدد بما يتلاءم وأوضاع الطلاب التعليمية وبالاتفاق بين الجهات المختصة وبتنسيق مكتب الصليب الأحمر الدولي فيما بينها .
وقد أُتفق أو اعتدنا عبر السنوات الماضية أن يحدد شهر آذار من كل عام, موعدا رسميا لعودة الطلاب الخريجين أو الطلاب المستنكفين إلى الأراضي المحتلة, ولكن هذا العام ولأسباب مجهولة أُلغيت عملية عودة الطلاب إلى الأرض المحتلة على عكس المعتاد علية في الأعوام السابقة, الشيء الذي وضعنا بموقف حرج , فالعديد منا قد نفذت أمواله وأصبح يعيش بوضع سيء للغاية حيث أننا لم نكن مستعدين لهكذا مفاجأة, مع العلم أننا كنا قد بُلغنا في وقت سابق أن السابع عشر من آذار هو موعدُ عودتنا النهائي إلى الأرض المحتلة وتم تأجيله لسبب نجهله, عدا عن أننا كنا قد سلّمنا غرفنا التي كنا نقطنها, والآن نعيش أوضاعاً مادية ومعيشية صعبه وخانقه, وحالة البعض منا هي حاله سيئة جدا وتدعو للقلق, ويتعذر علينا طلب المعونة المادية من عائلاتنا في الأرض المحتلة بسبب ظروف الاحتلال السائدة. كما أن هناك قسم من الطلاب الخريجين له العديد من الارتباطات والالتزامات التي يستوجب عليه الإيفاء بها وإلا لحقت به أضرار هو بغنىً عنها.

نحن نتوجه لمكتب اللجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر وكلنا أمل بإيجاد حل نهائي لمشكلتنا التي تتفاقم يوماً بعد يوم , لذلك يرجى العمل وبالسرعة القصوى لدى الجهات المختصة والتي ترونها مناسبة لفتح معبر القنيطرة خلال هذا الأسبوع على أكثر تقدير والسماح بعودتنا إلى الأراضي المحتلة بأقرب فرصة ممكنه, أو العمل على تخصيص مساعدات مادية فورية للطلاب المتضررين تكفل لهم معيشتهم حتى العودة إلى الأرض المحتلة .

Dear Mr. Jean Jack Frizair,
The head of the international committee of the Red Cross- Damascus
We appreciate the very important role of the international committee of the Red Cross about its human services for the Syrian citizens from the occupied Golan Heights. The committee arranges and commands many human and fundamental services that the golanian need for. One of theses services is the passage of the students who want to study in Damascus university, and then it commands their going back home after they finished the period of their studies across Al Qunaitra checkpoint, which is under UNDOF`s supervision, during appointments arranged according to the educational situation of the students and under the agreement of related authorities and in coordination with the international committee of the red cross.
In the last years, we used to set March as a formal date for the return of the graduated students or the ones that they do not want to continue their studies in Damascus, however, this year the crossing of the students was canceled for some unknown reasons contrary to the previous years. The thing that painted us into a corner. Most of the students have spent all their money and now we are living in a very bad situation that we would not ready for such a surprise. Though we were informed before, that 17th March. 2008 is the day when we will return to our occupied territory, but the appointment was canceled for some unknown reasons. Taking into consideration that the students have handed back their rooms where they were living in. Now we are living in a very bad situation, and the occupation circumstances prevents us from asking for some financial help from our families. And also, some of the graduated students have some commitments and duties they have to fulfill, otherwise they will be in trouble.
Dear Mr. Jean Jack Frizair,
We are addressing to the international committee of the Red Cross and hope to solve our problems that are increasing day after day, expecting to open Al-Qunitra checkpoint as soon as possible during this week in order to go back to the occupied territory or providing financial support at once to the prejudiced students to guarantee their living until they return to the occupied territory.
